In a turmoil of thoughts that often granted
Disturbed peace malevolently perceived
Where's the sanity from Eden that was conceived?
As my blood bursts out into tears
Jagged truths visibly impaired my fears
With numbness embraced my whole being
No pain could surmount this awful feeling
Let me taste air so I can breathe
Fulfill the promise inscribed in the creed
Thrust my lungs gently never ever heave
And bring back the child so innocent & naive
Wonders of humanity inspired my existence
Failure to live that's the uncalled precedence
Cautioned by fate, distorted by belief
As I lay down, that's where I'll find my relief!
